Websites for the places an agency forgot to call back.
We build the site, host it, and hand you the panel. You keep the parts that actually change month to month: meeting documents, job openings, the contact form. No developer in the loop, nobody to chase.
What it does
A website is the easy part. Keeping it current is the job.
Most small sites die the day the person who built them stops answering the phone. These don't. Everything that changes is editable from the panel, by whoever actually has the document in their hand.
Documents that file themselves
Agendas, minutes, ordinances, permits, forms. Upload one and it is on the site immediately, grouped under the right meeting date, with no rebuild and nobody to email about it.
Job openings that open and close
Post a role, close it when it is filled, reopen it next season. The careers page and the application form follow along on their own.
Contact forms that actually arrive
Submissions are written down before they are sent, and delivery runs on a domain built for it, so a bounce is something you can see and fix, not a lead that quietly vanished.
Hosting that is boring on purpose
Behind Cloudflare, origin-locked, HTTPS everywhere, firewall shut to everything else. You should never have to think about this part, and you won't.
The clerk should be able to post Tuesday's agenda on Tuesday, without filing a ticket with anybody. Why this exists
How it works
Four steps, and one of them is yours.
The rest is ours. You are not being handed a CMS to learn.
Describe it
Tell us what the organisation does and who it serves. Bring the old site if there is one. The content comes across rather than being retyped.
Review the draft
A complete site, not a template with your logo dropped into it. Say what is wrong and it changes.
Point the domain
DNS, certificates and redirects are handled here. Links people have had bookmarked for years keep working.
Run it yourself
Sign in, upload a document, post a job, read what came through the contact form. That is the whole job.
Who it's for
Built for the places that get ignored.
City halls, utilities, chambers of commerce, family businesses. Organisations with real obligations and no web team. The kind of site that has to publish a meeting agenda on time, every month, forever.
Cities & public bodies
Agendas and minutes filed by meeting date, ordinances, permits, and a document library the clerk maintains without filing a ticket with anybody.
Small business
A site that looks like somebody cared, with a contact form that reaches an inbox a person actually reads.
Multi-brand operators
Several sites built from one source, each with its own domain, forms and branding, all run from a single panel.
