Starting, Stopping, or Transferring Service
To start new utility service, stop service, or transfer service to a new address, contact the City Office at (580) 628-2508. A deposit and identification may be required for new service.

Utility Bill Payment
You can pay your city utility bill online through our secure payment portal, by mail, or in person at City Hall during office hours.
Report a Problem
To report a water leak, sewer issue, street problem, or missed sanitation pickup, call (580) 628-2508 during business hours. For after-hours utility emergencies, please contact the city emergency line.
